Placing your order!

You can place an order the following ways. The first way is through our website Select the product you wish to purchase and click on the 'add to cart' button. Once you have completed your shopping you can click on the 'checkout' button. This will take you through to checkout. You will be able to modify your order should you wish to before submitting it.

We also accept credit card payments over the phone or by direct bank deposit, you can call us on 1300 73 11 40 and complete your payment this way.  Please note there is a 2.0 % service charge for orders placed over the phone by credit card and by direct bank deposit.

For orders within Australia: We accept the following payment methods for all orders: Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card & PayPal and direct bank deposit.

Shipping Policy

Express Shipping Australia Wide with Australia Air Express $9.95 2-3 business days
Service includes tracking and signature is not required on delivery.
Please note that if you are not home to receive your package, it will be left on your door step or in your mail box.
If you wish to use this express service and are not comfortable with your package being left unattended. Please change your ship to address under your account and choose a work, friend or relative address that the package can be delivered to and someone there to receive it. 

Australian Post E-Parcel Service 3-5 business days Australia wide $10

This service includes tracking and a signature is required when your package has arrived. If you are not home to receive your package a card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to go to your local post office to collect your package. Please note that I’d. is required

International Shipping Australian Airmail to NZ 3-10 business days $20
We use Australia Post International Airmail for shipping packages to NZ. Service includes tracking and a signature is required on acceptance of the package. We are not liable for any taxes that may be charge by customs at your end.
We charge a flat rate delivery of $20 for orders up to $150. I you order is over $150 postage for extra bulky items will apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order if your order is over $150.

We will endeavor to send your item/s within 72 hours of receiving your payment. During Sale periods, we will pack and send orders within 5 - 7 working days of receiving your payment

Retail Customers - wholesale orders over $150
Postage is applicable on all orders purchased by our retailers, if an order is deemend to be a wholesale order.  This applies to bulk orders placed during our sales where a high level of discount has been deducted.
Postage discounts are given to wholesale orders.

"Please note that during sale time, Free Shipping on orders over $150 does not apply". Free shipping is applicable to purchases made outside of our Member and Promotional sales.

Returns Policy

At Kidzwear Online we have identified that for internet shoppers it is important to know that if clothes don’t fit, the item can be happily returned without any hassles. As a result, if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase without any hassle. A returns slip is included with every order, a small fee of $4.50 will be charged when we resend your exchange back out to you.

Terms and Conditions of Refund or Exchange

All products returned must be in the original packaging with all labels attached. The product must be in new condition (not used).

Claims for a Refund or Exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

As garments are not fragile and to avoid excessive freight costs, simply flat pack the return garments in a paper envelope or plastic satchel. Unnecessary freight costs include: boxes, bubble wrap, Express Post bags, etc.

Postage cost is not refundable unless the product supplied is considered faulty or wrongly supplied. This is subject to inspection of the returned product.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, though we are happy to give you an online store credit or an exchange item to the same value.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned used, damaged or is lost in the mail.

If you have requested a refund, we will Endeavour to process a refund to your credit card or bank account within 72 hours of receipt of the returned product to our head office.

Replacement product is subject to stock availability.

We will Endeavour to send back all exchange/returns within a 24 hour time period of us receiving your exchange.

If you would like an exchange other than a replacement of the original garment and the price is greater than the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference.

We try our best to carefully check all products for faults prior to dispatch however if you discover that a product is faulty, we will replace it free of postage charge. For Exchanges outside of Australia, postage charges may apply.

A subsidised small postage cost of $3.50 within Australia is charged when posting replacement or exchange garments except where the original garments were faulty or wrongly supplied.

Refund or Exchange of SALE Items

Product purchased from the ‘Bargain Basement’ category are ‘On Sale’ and therefore non-refundable unless faulty or wrongly supplied.

How to Process a Refund or Exchange

With all customer orders, our exchange/refund policy and form is included with each order. Simply fill out and post back to us the form together with the exchange or faulty garment

Our Garments Authenticity

All garments sold in our store are all 100% genuine and authentic products and money back guaranteed.  “We do not sell fakes or replicas”

Besides our own brands, Wikidz, Feral Princess & Nova (Australian Agent) our stocks are purchased in bulk from our suppliers overseas as the following:

Factory Second: the garment may have a slight manufacturing fault that did not allow the garment to go to sale.  This may be a small print or embellished error, wrongly dyed with the incorrect pantone colour or a slight defect that the retailer knocked back.  We would not bring in this garment in if we believed that both we and you our customer was dissatisfied and the product did not perform correctly.

End of Season Stock:  We are very fortunate in Australia to be at the opposite end of the European & US seasons.  We buy in bulk from Retailer and Wholesalers their end of season stocks and ship them to Australia to be sold online in our store at heavily discounted prices.

Cancelled Stock: Stocks that were delayed in manufacturing or missed the boat and therefore did arrive at it destination to fulfill a catalogue, store promotion or arrived too late in the season.

Discontinued Stock:  In this economy, sadly companies close their doors left right and centre.  We are able to buy stocks from companies that cannot pay for their stock with their manufacturers or in most cases these companies contact us an offer us the garments and accessories as stock lots at cost or below.
