SHIPPING POLICY

We use the Australia Post E-Parcel Service. This allows you to track and trace your package and a signature is required when your package has arrived. We also offer optional insurance, if you require insurance, please contact us before you place your order. Insurance is $2.00 per $100 order you place.

We will endeavor to send your item/s within 72 hours of receiving your payment. During Sale periods, we will pack and send orders within 5 - 7 working days of receiving payment. We use Australia Post for both International deliveries. Please allow 3 - 15 workings days for delivery outside of Australia (tracking is available to most countries).

"Please note that during sale time, Free Shipping on orders over $150 does not apply". Free shipping is applicable to purchases made outside of our Member and Promotional sales.

$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING DURING SALES

During Sale time you may want to take advantage of our flate rate shipping offer of $10 on all stock purchases up to 5 kilos.

"Free Delivery applies to personal orders, retail orders postage will be charged according to actual weight of package and packages are receipted" Postage discounts are given to wholesale orders. Free shipping is applicable to purchases made outside of our Member and Promotional sales.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We use Australia Post Airmail to post all orders Internationally Australia post offers to most International countries, insurance and receipted delivery. Our prices quoted in our table below is for airmail services and includes insurance and where possible receipted delivery. Airmail can take 3 to 10 working days to arrive at your destination.

If our Airmail service to your destination does allow us to insure and add receipted delivery for your order. We recommend that you then use the Australia Post International Courier Service. Please note that this service is quicker for delivery being 3 to 5 working days to most destinations, it also includes tracking and insurance.

The price for delivery by International Courier Service will be 30% to 50% higher than our rates on our Airmail postage table. We want to ensure that your package of gorgeous garments arrive at your destination. We will email you and offer the next shipping option of International Courier Service.

If you do not want to take up the International courier price option that we quote for you, we will allow you to cancel your order and you will be refunded the full amount immediately to your card or paypal account.

PAYMENTS


We accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal payments.  We offer a secure site and use Eway to process your credit card transaction.  To learn and know more about the Eway service, please click here to visit their website. If you require further assurance, please call 1300 11 73 40.  We also accept orders via direct bank deposit, this service is applicable to Australian residents only.
