PLACING YOUR ORDER!

You can place an order the following ways. The first way is through our website Select the product you wish to purchase and click on the 'add to cart' button. Once you have completed your shopping you can click on the 'checkout' button. This will take you through to checkout. You will be able to modify your order should you wish to before submitting it.

During our big promoted/advertised sales we do not offer upsells in case of sellouts. We will refund your order accordingly to your PayPal Account or Credit Card. We will include a note indicating the sellout with your order.

If an order is place on the same day and prior to a promotional discounted sale.  We will honor the sale price if order has not yet been shipped.

We also accept credit card payments over the phone or by direct bank deposit, you can call us on 1300 73 11 40 and complete your payment this way. Please note there is a 2.5 % service charge for orders placed over the phone by credit card and by direct bank deposit.

SHIPPING POLICY

Express Shipping Australia Wide with Star Track $7.95 2-3 working days (Star Track does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers)

Service includes tracking and signature is not required on delivery, this service is an authority to leave. Please note that if you are not home to receive your package, it will be left on your door step or in your mail box. If you wish to use this express service and are not comfortable with your package being left unattended. Please change your ship to address under your account and choose a work, friend or relative address that the package can be delivered to and someone there to receive it.  Or alternatively please select our Australia Post Service which offers Customers peace of mind with tracking and signature required on delivery.

Australian Post E-Parcel Service Track and Trace 3-5 business days Australia Wide $8.95 

This service includes tracking and a signature is required when your package has arrived. If you are not home to receive your package a card will be left in your mailbox and you will need to go to your local post office to collect your package. Please note that I'd. Is required.

International Shipping Australian Airmail to NZ 3-10 business days $19.95 

We use Australia Post International Airmail for shipping packages to NZ. Service includes tracking and a signature is required on acceptance of the package. We are not liable for any taxes that may be charge by customs at your end. 

FREE SHIPPING - ORDERS OVER $99

Free Shipping is offered to orders over $99.  We use the Star Track Express Service for all free shipping orders.

During Sale periods, we will pack and send orders within 2 - 5 working days of receiving your payment. 
As our staff are all Mother's and during School Holidays take time off to spend with their Children.  Please note that during the Australian School Holidays, orders are packed twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.

WHOLESALE RE-SALE AGENTS

Postage is applicable on all orders purchased by Re-Sale Agents. If an order is deemed to be a wholesale order, additional postage may apply.  If this applies to you, a Member of our Team will contact you prior to packing your order. Postage discounts are offered to wholesale orders.

RETURNS POLICY "NEW" 30 DAY Returns

At Kidzwear Online we have identified that for internet shoppers it is important to know that if clothes don’t fit, the item can be happily returned without any hassles. 

Kidzwear Online Refund Policy has been developed using the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection guidelines. An exchange, credit or refund can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, incorrectly supplied or different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to. 

Kidzwear Online does not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection however we will provide a credit note or exchange garment.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, please inspect the garments thoroughly prior to disposing of any packaging or removal of labels.

A returns slip is included with every order.

OUR GARMENTS AUTHENTICITY:

All garments sold in our store are 100% genuine and authentic products and money back guaranteed. “We do not sell fakes or replicas”

Factory Second: the garment may have a slight manufacturing fault that did not allow the garment to go to sale. This may be a small print or embellished error, wrongly dyed with the incorrect pantone colour or a slight defect that the retailer knocked back. We would not bring in this garment in if we believed that both we and you our customer was dissatisfied and the product did not perform correctly.

End of Season Stock: We are fortunate in Australia to be at the opposite end of the European & US season. We buy in bulk end of season closeout stock from Retailers and Wholesalers across the globe.

Cancelled Stock: Stocks that were delayed in manufacturing or missed the boat and therefore did arrive at it destination to fulfil a catalogue, store promotion or arrived too late in the season.

Discontinued Stock: In this economy, sadly companies close their doors left right and centre. We are able to buy stocks from companies that cannot pay for their stock with their manufacturers or in most cases these companies contact us an offer us the garments and accessories as stock.

Factory Surplus: Stocks will have the main label crossed, blackened out or removed, entirely, care label may be present or removed. Factory Surplus stocks are available in small quantities only.  Stocks are left over garments where new production damaged items have been replaced in order to meet the Retailers production quantity ordered.  Stocks must have the labels crossed, masked or removed entirely in order to be on sold or exported.

Garment Retail Swing Tags:  If a garment has the Retail swing tag attached, we will describe this under the garment description.
 Other wards, if not described, the swing tag has been removed.  

Garment RRP: Our garments RRP has been researched extensively for a garment of the same that is available in Australia.  If the garment is not available in Australia, the garment price is as per their original price as sold in the country where it is retailed and includes Australian taxes, customs duty and delivery to our warehouse.
